The following are qualities that should mark the lives of those who serve in the work of Zimbabwe Partnership Trust.
Integrity – Living out a life that matches the faith we profess. (1 Peter 2:11-12)
- Sincerity – Serving the Lord with pure motives. (1 Peter 2:16, 2 Corinthians 1:12)
- Consistency – Living without hypocrisy. (1 Peter 2:15-16, Philippians 1:27)
- Reliability
- Exemplifying the values of faithfulness and trustworthiness (1 Peter 2:18-19)
- In fulfilling responsibilities (Philippians 2:19-22)
- In administering finance (2 Corinthians 8:20-22)
- Respect for Authority – in the church and in the world. (1 Thessalonians 5:12-13, 1 Peter 2:13-14)
Service – Following the example of Jesus, who came not to be served but to serve. (1 Peter 2:21, Mark 10:45)
- Loving – expressing the love of God we have received. (1 Peter 2:17, 1 John 3:14-18)
- Sacrificial – recognising that serving the Lord can be costly. (1 Peter 2:21-24, Romans 12:1-2, 6-8)
- Humble – following Jesus example of humility. (1 Peter 2:21-24, 5:5-6, Philippians 2:1-5)
