As a Christian Charity we expect the trustees, partners and employees to live according to the truths and values of the Christian Faith as expressed in the Bible.

The following are qualities that should mark the lives of those who serve in the work of Zimbabwe Partnership Trust.

Integrity – Living out a life that matches the faith we profess. (1 Peter 2:11-12)

• Sincerity – Serving the Lord with pure motives. (1 Peter 2:16, 2 Corinthians 1:12)
• Consistency – Living without hypocrisy. (1 Peter 2:15-16, Philippians 1:27)
• Reliability
  1. Exemplifying the values of faithfulness and trustworthiness (1 Peter 2:18-19)
  2. In fulfilling responsibilities (Philippians 2:19-22)
  3. In administering finance (2 Corinthians 8:20-22)
• Respect for Authority – in the church and in the world. (1 Thessalonians 5:12-13, 1 Peter 2:13-14)

Service – Following the example of Jesus, who came not to be served but to serve. (1 Peter 2:21, Mark 10:45)

• Loving – expressing the love of God we have received. (1 Peter 2:17, 1 John 3:14-18)
• Sacrificial – recognising that serving the Lord can be costly. (1 Peter 2:21-24, Romans 12:1-2, 6-8)
• Humble – following Jesus example of humility. (1 Peter 2:21-24, 5:5-6, Philippians 2:1-5)
